Heirloom Athletics opened in February 2020, with the goal of empowering our community to take back control of our health, because we believe that healthy people are the backbone to build healthy communities. Our coaching certifications include CrossFit L2, Healthy Steps & Precision Nutrition, Trauma Informed Weight Lifting, Adaptive & Inclusive Trainer, SPEAR Self Defense & Mental Health First Aid.
