How it works

• Within 2 weeks of your visit, sign up and pay for your drop-in pass here.
• You will then be prompted to schedule your class.
• Arrive a few minutes before the class start time and introduce yourself to the coach.
• Follow our expert guidance and instruction throughout the class!
