Lift-Off Competition

Join us for a fun, team power lifting competition including the Front Squat, Shoulder to Overhead, and Deadlift!

It’s Sign Up Time for our first Heirloom Lift Off!!

Participate by competing in the lifting competition or volunteering.

Each team will be selected at random the morning of the event.

Total number of teams and participants will be determined by the total number of sign ups.

$35 members / $60 non members, includes event t-shirt if you sign up by Sunday August 15th!
