Cardio with Coach Sean
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE 1:00PM CLASS IS FULL, BUT SPOTS ARE AVAILABLE FOR THE 2:15PM CLASS!
During this 8-week session we will utilize interval training, primarily on rowing machines and stationary bikes, to increase your aerobic capacity. This is your ability to take in and use oxygen during workouts. If you have ever needed a break during a workout because of your breathing, not because of the weight, that was due to your aerobic capacity. We’re going to increase it!
Class starts Sunday, January 2nd and lasts until Sunday, Feb 20th.
Classes are 1-2pm(full) and 2:15-3:15 pm
We will utilize the rowers, bikes, ski erg and running.
Space is limited to 14 participants.
The cost is $80 members/$120 Non-members
