Barbell Club

Looking to build up your strength? Join us for our next 7-week session of Barbell Club starting Sunday April 11th!
This coach-led class (coached by Chris) will help you build strength in 3 lifts: the bench press, back squat, and deadlift.
**Classes are every Sunday with the exception of May 8th instead of May 9th due to Mother’s Day.**
Come lift with us in a safe, fun-filled environment!
The cost for this session is $70 members/$140 non-members.
