Barre

Barre combines traditional ballet movements with Pilates.

You should sign up for Barre if:

  • You love a low intensity workout every now and again. Please note: low intensity in no way means easy. 
  • You are looking for something a little extra to add into your regular class routine. 
  • You have taken a little hiatus from exercise and are looking for a good place to jump back into it.
  • You have a nagging injury, ache or pain and this is just a good season for self care.

Barre is perfect for isolating our so many little muscles that often get overpowered by our major muscle groups when we workout.

Barbell Club 2.0

For this session, we will be working to build muscular endurance and muscle aesthetics. Our focus will be on volume and intensity at lower weights.
As always, our focus will be on form and technique over load.

Current participants range in age from 16 to 64 years old, and this class is designed for both beginner and experienced lifters.

Cardio Class

Purpose: During this 8-week session we will utilize interval training, primarily on rowing machines and stationary bikes, to increase your aerobic capacity. (This is your ability to take in and use oxygen during workouts.)

If you have ever needed a break during a workout because of your breathing, not because of the weight, that was due to your aerobic capacity. We’re going to increase it!

Rowing Biathlon, May 13th 2022

We had so much fun with our rowing event in March that we’re going to do it again! This time, biathlon style with Nerf Guns and targets! Fun! Members can sign up in Wodify. Non-members can sign up below:

Row, Row, Row Your Rower, March 2022

Our members competed in both a 500 meter and 2,000 meter row and had the best time doing it! Thank you to everyone who participated!

Labor Day Lift-Off, September 2021

This was a fun, team power lifting competition including the Back Squat, Shoulder Press, and Deadlift!
