Multi-Session Classes:

We are excited to introduce you to Somatic Stretching & Safety Training at Heirloom.  A morally, ethically and behaviorally sound approach to personal connection and safety, from the inside out.

Coaches Karah and Matt C combine to create one unique class experience.  Connecting our Trauma Informed Weight Lifting and Be Your Own Bodyguard certifications to bring you one hour focused on:

  • slow and controlled stretching, foam and ball rolling, with the intention to create the space within ourselves to intimately connect with our own bodies, independent of our minds
  • reconnect with your instincts and intuition through movement and discussion
  • improve your situational awareness and ability to manage your fear

Just for Teens: THRIVE Dorchester

Tenacious, Hardworking, Resilient, Independent, Vigorous, and Empowered Our THRIVE program is just for teens! We’ve joined forces with multiple organizations and volunteers to create this no-cost 4-week program that teaches teens about goal setting, nutritional education, and the benefits of group exercise.

This program is specially-formatted for home-schoolers.

KidFit offers an active environment with no judgement where participants can challenge themselves under the supervision of certified coaches while learning to embrace the love and importance of physical activity, all while making new friends and having a great time!

Barre combines traditional ballet movements with Pilates.

You should sign up for Barre if:

  • You love a low intensity workout every now and again. Please note: low intensity in no way means easy. 
  • You are looking for something a little extra to add into your regular class routine. 
  • You have taken a little hiatus from exercise and are looking for a good place to jump back into it.
  • You have a nagging injury, ache or pain and this is just a good season for self care.

Barre is perfect for isolating our so many little muscles that often get overpowered by our major muscle groups when we workout.

Field Day on the Farm, July 2022

Our members and guests participated in an off-site field-day style workout extravaganza at an OG member’s family farm! Thank you to all who spent the day with us!

We had so much fun with our rowing event in March that we did it again! This time, biathlon style with Nerf Guns and targets! Fun! Thanks to all who participated!

Our members competed in both a 500 meter and 2,000 meter row and had the best time doing it! Thank you to everyone who participated!
