Barre

Barre combines traditional ballet movements with Pilates.

You should sign up for Barre if:

  • You love a low intensity workout every now and again. Please note: low intensity in no way means easy. 
  • You are looking for something a little extra to add into your regular class routine. 
  • You have taken a little hiatus from exercise and are looking for a good place to jump back into it.
  • You have a nagging injury, ache or pain and this is just a good season for self care.

Barre is perfect for isolating our so many little muscles that often get overpowered by our major muscle groups when we workout.

Barbell Club

 Learn the fundamentals of powerlifting in a safe, supportive environment while following a 6 week progression intended to build pure strength.
The seventh, and last, class will be a retest of our 1 rep maxes for the bench press, deadlift and back squat.

Current participants range in age from 16 to 64, years old and this class is designed for both beginner and experienced lifters.

Run Like The Wind

During this 8-week class, there will be instruction (form, strategy, mental practices, etc.), a warm-up, stretching, and a running interval workout of varying distances/speeds.

Who it’s for:
ANYONE who wants to improve his/her running. No matter where you are starting from, this class will make you better!

This was a fun, team power lifting competition including the Back Squat, Shoulder Press, and Deadlift!
