“Run Like The Wind” with Coach Sean
During this 8 week in-person class, there will be instruction (form, strategy, mental practices, etc.), a warm-up, stretching, and a running interval workout of varying distances/speeds.
Who it’s for:
ANYONE who wants to improve his/her running. No matter where you are starting from, this class will make you better!
Wednesday nights 6-6:45pm starting June 23rd through August 25th.
**10 weeks total, however, we will not meet in person July 28 and August 11th. There will still be a workout you can complete on your own.**
Heirloom Athletics. We will utilize the current run loops and create some new ones!
Non-members- $20 drop-in
This class is aimed to improve your overall running performance. You will become more efficient and confident in your running abilities!
