No! Everyone works at their own pace and doing their own workout variations effort. We use the benefit of the group class setting to help keep us all accountable to showing up and giving our best. But this is definitely not like BODYPUMP, step aerobics or jazzercise. Sign up today!
Nope! Many of our members start without any formal exercise experience. Our experienced coaches will assess your current fitness level and will demonstrate different versions of each workout designed for every level. As you gain experience and build fitness you can take on more challenging variations as you desire. Sign up today!

If you’re a beginner and just starting out, then 2-4 times per week will be enough to see results and allow you to adjust to a new fitness routine.
You’ll be sore some days, so allow yourself recovery days between training sessions at first – 3-5 days per week is the sweet spot for consistency and results over the long haul! Sign up today!
We offer a range of programs that include fitness, nutrition and accountability coaching. For the quickest results, investing in all three is recommended. Our fitness programs include workouts that are published in advance. The workouts are a constantly-varied combination of strength, cardio & conditioning. Our nutrition & accountability programs provide you with an individualized plan design exclusively for you by our certified coaching team. Sign up today!
Each class is 45 minutes and led from start to finish by qualified coaches. We start by going over the daily workout details and then lead you through a warm-up designed to activate the muscles we are targeting on that day. The coach will provide movement demonstrations and proper technique coaching to everyone in class. During the workout, you will continue to be guided with support and instruction. At the end of class, we encourage a group cool down and/or stretching. Sign up today!
